2. Lid Attachment (Flexible & Durable Bonding)
   For hinged or magnetic closure gift boxes, adhesives like Devote 9059 offer flexibility (elongation >500%) to withstand repeated opening/closing. Their fast curing (10–15 sec) prevents misalignment in automated production, while cold resistance (-20°C) ensures durability during shipping.
3. Decorative Element Bonding (Surface Adhesion)
   Specialty adhesives securely attach ribbons, fabric, or embossed paper without warping or discoloration. They feature precise viscosity control (1,200–1,500 MPa·s) to avoid bleed-through on delicate finishes, critical for high-end gift packaging.

Quality Validation: Adhesives undergo peel tests (>15N/in) and thermal cycling tests (-40°C to 60°C) to guarantee performance in extreme conditions.
