Adhesive performance and applicability
High adhesion strength: EVA hot melt adhesive can firmly bond filter paper and frame, with a shear strength of 1.5-2.0MPa (filter paper breakage), ensuring that the filter element does not come off under high-speed airflow impact
Compatible with various filter structures: suitable for flat and cylindrical filter cartridges, and has stable adhesion to complex parts such as creases and edges of filter paper

Temperature and environmental resistance
Wide temperature range stability: The working temperature range is usually -30 ℃~80 ℃, and some modified EVA adhesives can withstand short-term high temperatures of 150 ℃, adapting to extreme environments in the engine compartment
Chemical corrosion resistance: Through SGS environmental certification, it can resist the erosion of acidic substances in engine oil, diesel, and exhaust gas, extending the life of the filter element

Process and production efficiency
Rapid curing: Moderate opening time, practical strength can be achieved within 5-10 minutes after cooling, suitable for mechanized continuous production
